The information gained from reading this series has allowed me to see the importance of developing a personal learning network.Becoming connected is a journey that I must embark on if I want to become as effective as I possibly can. Learning and sharing strategies and materials with novice and experienced teachers, allows the teacher to have a pool of resources at his or her finger tips. Becoming a connected leader will benefit my students as well as the range of individuals with whom i work with.
